When possible, we may provide limited assistance or help connect you with trusted community partners and resources that may be better equipped to meet your specific need.

Before You Apply

Please understand that submitting a request does not guarantee assistance. All requests are reviewed based on available resources, urgency, eligibility, and the type of support needed.

If you are experiencing an immediate emergency, please call 911 or contact the appropriate emergency service in your area.

If you are in danger due to domestic violence, please contact local law enforcement or a domestic violence hotline/shelter immediately. Ezer may be able to help connect you with trusted resources, but we are not an emergency shelter or crisis response agency.

After you submit the assistance form, someone from The Ezer Restoration Project will review your request. If additional information is needed, we may contact you using the information provided.

We will do our best to respond as resources and availability allow. If we are unable to provide direct assistance, we may still try to connect you with organizations or agencies that can help.
