Our Mission & Vision

At The Ezer Restoration Project, our purpose is both clear and compelling: we exist to meet people where they are today, while keeping our eyes fixed on the future God has called them to. Our mission defines the work we faithfully carry out right now. Our vision paints the picture of the world we are striving to build—a place of restoration, clarity, and impact for generations to come

Our Mission

The mission of The Ezer Restoration Project is to equip, restore, and mobilize individuals to live free, walk in purpose, and influence others with integrity. Through leadership development, mentorship, and community outreach, The Ezer Restoration Project strengthens individuals to rise with courage, serve with humility, and impact generations.

Our Vision

At The Ezer Restoration Project, we believe every person is created with divine purpose. Though life may wound, distract, or delay that purpose, restoration is always possible. We envision communities where individuals are restored, equipped, and strengthened to rise again—living with clarity, walking in purpose, and impacting generations with integrity and hope.

Through weekly rhythms, monthly gatherings, and meaningful partnerships, we cultivate spaces where people are healed, encouraged, and empowered to live with freedom and impact.

Our Pathways of Impact

Community Outreach & Crisis Support

At The Ezer Restoration Project, we aim to serve our community in ways that remind individuals they are seen, valued, and never forgotten. Our mission is to meet both practical and spiritual needs, offering hope and restoration through action and compassion.

Our outreach includes:

  • Emergency Food Assistance – providing meals and food boxes during times of crisis to ensure no one in our community goes hungry.

  • Clothing and Essentials Closet – meeting daily needs with dignity by providing clothing, hygiene items, and household essentials.

  • Mentorship and Restoration Pathways – support groups, mentoring, and practical guidance to help individuals break cycles, rebuild hope, and discover lasting restoration.

  • Collaborative Events – partnering with churches, schools, and organizations to extend impact, bringing hope and faith beyond the four walls.

  • Support Drives – offering school supplies, hygiene kits, winter coats, and more for families in need.

  • Domestic Violence Support – walking alongside survivors with compassion and connecting them to safe resources, counseling, and emergency assistance as needed.

  • Emergency Relief Assistance – providing temporary housing or hotel assistance, utility and rent support during verified crisis moments, and referrals to partner agencies for long-term housing, counseling, or financial support.

Through these initiatives, we believe love is most powerful when it’s practical. By meeting both immediate and long-term needs, we strive to restore dignity, provide stability, and bring lasting hope to those we serve.

Professional Growth & Development

Restoration is not just about what you’ve been set free from — it’s also about what you’re
being prepared for. At The Ezer Restoration Project, we believe growth happens when
people are equipped with the tools, confidence, and mindset to walk in purpose.

Professional growth and development is part of restoration because it helps individuals see
themselves as leaders, influencers, and difference-makers in every space they enter.
Focus Areas:
     • Mindset Renewal – Breaking limiting beliefs and building confidence rooted in identity
and purpose.
     • Workplace Readiness – Equipping individuals with communication skills, professionalism,
and practical tools to succeed.
     • Leadership Development – Training individuals to influence with integrity, serve with
humility, and lead by adding value to others.
Restoration strengthens the heart. Development strengthens the mind. Together, they
prepare people to live with vision and impact.

OPTION THREE GATHERINGS

When life gets hard, most people believe they only have two choices:

  1. Survive silently and “just deal with it.”

  2. Run away or disconnect completely.

But there’s a third option—
🟣 Option Three: HEAL.

Option Three Gatherings are safe spaces for people to choose a path of healing, identity, and restoration. This is where pain meets purpose and where wholeness begins. It’s not always easy, but it is transformational and life-changing.

In these gatherings, you are invited to:

  • Receive deep healing and inner freedom

  • Break generational cycles that hold you back

  • Rebuild your sense of worth and identity

  • Find clarity on your calling and direction

  • Learn to face life’s battles with wisdom and strength

Option Three is for anyone who is ready to stop pretending, stop hiding, and rise into their true purpose. While our foundation is faith-driven, these gatherings welcome every person—whatever your background or belief—with the hope that together, we will experience restoration and lasting change.

CIRCLE OF LOVE BOOK CLUB

The Circle of Love is a monthly book club founded and hosted by Mary Turner, Vice President of The Ezer Restoration Project. More than just reading, it’s a space for fellowship, food, prayer, and meaningful conversation. Each month, the group gathers around the table to share a meal, lift one another up in prayer, and explore stories that inspire growth, spark discussion, and encourage transformation.

We meet monthly, with dates and times that vary. Click “Join Us” to get the latest updates and be part of the Circle
